Delete Your Account & Data
The Revelation Standard
You can have your account and the personal information attached to it permanently deleted. You do not need a reason, and you will not be charged.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Account deletion request.”
Send it from the email address on the account, or tell us which sign-in you used (Apple, Google, Reddit, and so on) and the username on it, so we can be sure the request is coming from you.
We will confirm by email when it is done. We aim to complete every request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account and sign-in link | Deleted. Any third-party sign-in (Apple, Google, Reddit, and the rest) is disconnected, and the identifier we stored for it is erased. |
| Your name, email, phone and shipping address | Deleted, except where a completed order requires us to keep it (see below). |
| Saved designs and anything in your bag | Deleted. |
| Posts, comments, likes and follows in The Revelation Standard Social | Deleted. |
| Any AI API key you added | Deleted. These are encrypted at rest and were never readable by us in the first place. |
| Your session | Ended immediately on every device. |
What we have to keep, and why
If you have placed an order, United States tax and business-records law requires us to retain the record of that sale – the order, the amount, the date, and the shipping address it went to. We keep that and nothing more, we do not use it to contact you, and it is not linked to a usable account once the account is gone.
Payment details are never ours to delete: card numbers are held by PayPal, never by us. We never see or store a full card number.
Deleting without emailing us
If you signed in with a third-party account, you can also revoke our access from their side at any time. That disconnects the sign-in immediately, but it does not by itself delete what we hold – email us for that.
